Good idea, I think you should follow through and try to start your own trackday organization, but a few things to consider: 1) Insurance 2) Ambulance service on standby at the track 3) Finding control riders to keep things in check 4) Have 3 20 minute sessions, that way there's 3 groups for 3 experience levels 5) And a lot of money up front to reserve a track for the day
