You're right about watching the gauges, but I don't think anyone here said they actually watch them. Anyone who's ridin a while knows about what their bikes are doing by sound and feel. Sence my original post I've starting to get it up better in second. Practice is deffinatley the order of the day. And you have to grow some balls and rock that shit for sure. I was kinda critical at first at some of the replys but that (rock that shit) pretty much sums it up.

Honestly when i first started i would go by rpm. Now i do go by feel, more sound though. 2nd gear i can generally clutch it up around 4-5K. Sitdown or standups. Its all about finding a spot to practice. I could practice for an hour about once a week. Now I'm pretty good at wheelies. I can pretty much do it whenever. Start with the 4-5K range though. sitdowns you just have to gas it a lil more though.

Huh, 4 or 5k aint happinin on mine doing sit downs. (05 600RR). Maybe I'm doing them wrong but I get going probably 45mph, 7 or 8k and rev the shit out of it to get it up in second sitting down.

This is funny guys...

Pin it wide open drop the clutch let off as the wheel comes up...

Do that a few times till you refine your method...

Dont go to it...

Let it come to you...foolproof...

However dont think you wont mess up LOL

Should be easy to do now. So good of you to register here so you could give us such great advice. Not everyday a professional stunter drops in to give such spot on advice.
