Well, i would start by replacing the pads.  If nothing helps there, i would blead the brakes (always good to do anyway) and clean the caliper pistons.  Does the brake lever pulse when on it?  Sounds like the pads are not coming back from the rotor (cleaning the pistons will help this). Did you recently re-install the front tire?  Are the fork tubes straight with each other?  Loosen the pinch bolts and roll the bike up to a wall of some sort and gently rock it back and forth (NOT using the front brakes to hold it) against the wall to straighten them out and sinch up the pinch bolts.

First off ,I'm no english teacher, but use some periods man lol.  That might not have less to do with the brakes than you think.  First off, check your tire pressure for sure.  You say you don't think your rotor is bent..... find something straight (maybe a file) and put it up against your rotor or somethin like that.  Also, your steering head nut, ya know the one on the triple tree in the middle?  I hope thats torqued to spec and you have a good bearing.  Are the brakes binding?  Does it do it at all speeds? More info
