I had a D&D on my 2000 F4 and it was pretty loud.  Well, I just got a yoshi rs3.  It looks great but it is really quiet.  Is this because its new and has to get some wear first or are they just quiet?

I have one, i think you think its quiet because you have been riding with a d&d, which tend to be obnoxiously loud. i believe my yosh is sufficiently audible.

I dunno, it just seems like its barely louder than a stock pipe.

I can't say the same for mine.  There's a significant difference between the stock and the Yoshi, but not as loud as the D&Ds that I've heard.  Just curious, why did you change cans?

I have had the d&d on mine for a long time.  The mid pipe is rusting and I got a good deal on the yoshi so I got it.  There isnt anything wrong with the d&d, it works fine.  But since I repainted my bike and polished the frame, it just didnt look right with everything looking new.
