Try your rectifier, You need to get a multimeter and test the ohm load on the rectifier by touching the four pins on the plug keep one prong of the tester on one pin and touch the remaining three one at a time and you should get the same reading on all three. if not the rectifier needs to be changed. in fact Im willing to bet thats what it is

I've seen five threads about the same thing, lets not waste the time or the breathe of the guys going over this again.....it's all in the link above, trust me! If you try everthing that the guys told me before and you are still having problems post again with a few more of the problems you are having and maybe we can come up with a better reason for your problem. quote:
