Anyone know what the bearings around the forks are called? - 10/26/2007 4:04:20 PM    bhhacker   Posts: 77 Joined: 2/20/2007 Status: offline I still have some resistance when turning after my new tire. Its the bearings, but i cannot find them online. anyone know their official name? That might help :P Post #: 1

I feel the "click" when straightening the handlebars. I have to order two of those bearings and what else? I plan on ordering all the parts to fix it that I need and just pay a motorcycle shop for labor. They said it would be 200$ parst and labor but im looking to shave that down a little. RE: Anyone know what the bearings around the forks are ... - 10/28/2007 7:46:08 PM    michigan_313   Posts: 705 Joined: 2/24/2006 Status: offline you may want to get the inner bearing races if you are going to go to that much trouble. this stuff is pretty easy to replace. knock out the old races, knock in the new ones. grease the bearings top and bottom and put everything back together.
