Lots of work to go... but here's the kind of layout...

Here's the front with the acerbis headllight, and DBB.

And the badass MSR Pro Raptor EZ pull clutch, and Brembo 16 x 18 handbrake setup...

As I get more done, I'll keep posting up pics... But I can still use ideas!

My progress:

Finished denting the tank a bit further back than shown.  Should be done with the bondo work on it tomorrow.  Will put on the lower plastics, and get them all sorted out too, cut and sanded.  Flipped my DBB's, so we'll see how those work out.  Got my cage, and subcage on, but still want to order some sick ESD pegs I found for front and passanger.  Repaired and shortened my yoshi exhaust.  Got the undertail kit on.  Took me 2 days to cut, organize, and resolder the electrical system to simplify the amount of wires running up to the bars.  Looks very very clean =)

I'm thinking of powder coating the following metalic blue...  12 bar, cage, subcage, rearset guards, bars, front rim, both rear rims (street and stunt setups)

From there I'm thinking black / bit of sliver for the paint job.  What do ya think?!!!

More pics to come!

Well there ya go.

I Think cbrs and 636s are some of the few bikes that look just as good with their clothes off as they do on.

Hey, NYERION - I've got a 905 cage for your 954.  It's made for the 929 but there are adapter kits (simple) that allow the direct bolt-on to a 954 for like $30.  I'm seeling the cage for $125.

I could have you some pictures sometime today if you're interested.

God. Takes forever lol.

Made progress on bonding tank, and cutting down and reshaping plastics.

Getting the bodywork perfect is proving to be a pain... But I figure I have the time now... so I want it perfect.  That way I'm riding this year, and not wasting time in my garage messing around with redoing something I should have done right the first time around.  The tank looks good in the pics, but it needs some smoothing out in areas.

I did a test piece of plastic with truck liner material... I'm waiting a day for it to dry and cure fully, and I'll decide if that's the way I want to go with the bike or not.

So, anyone like the cutdown plastics?  They looked horribly wrong going all the way up without a front fairing.
