I'm married, but the hubby doesn't mind, he see's it as an excuse for other ummmm, "Extra curricular activities", lol.

"But baby? Don't you wanna practice leaning into those turns???"

Now that I've got a bike though, he's all about wanting to get one to ride with me. It's kinda cute how we're the revese of the "norm", I had the bike THEN he got into it!

I was thinking that the other day, I got my bike then he got into them. And also for Valentines day I got parts for the bike and HE got Chocolate! LOL
Whatever works I guess.

I didn't get bike parts, I got some gifts. If I wanted parts, I'm sure he would have gotten them. Are you okay with getting parts or were you hoping it would be more traditional? I did however buy the biscuit a new riding jacket b/c he was dying for it...

No I'm cool with parts, if not for the bike new gear for me. It's just that we have everything that we want so when it comes time to exchange gifts a 100% good, can't go wrong gift for me is a part for the bike or the car.

I picked up the instructor!! Lol. Didn't have a man when I took the course, but ended up dating one of the instructors for the rest of the summer. I honestly can't imagine dating somone who doesn't ride now. That's all I'm gonna wanna do all summer, so what am I gonna do with a guy who had to stay home when I ride? No thanks, I'd rather not deal with the drama. We all know boys can be bigger drama queens than any girl I know!!! Lol

My Husband rides with me. He thinks it's great that I ride, he rides behind me so he can look at my butt while I hit the bumps. Aren't men great! But it does help with the things in common, just one more thing to go out and do together and have fun. It really helps thing!

So funny you mention that... we got a couple nights of good riding in last week, and Chris stays behind me to keep an eye on me (and watch my riding... make sure I'm doing it right... lol)... but I noticed at Bike Night Thursday, he was extra super cute/cuddly/affectionate.... turns out he was enjoying the view on the way out there!!

i just asked my boyfriend to marry me last sat. he said yes. he is actually a long time friend of the family that helped me get over a bad break up 4 years ago with a guy that told me "it was the bike or me" well i chose the bike and found a man that adores me and the fact that i ride. lol i did manage to covert him to sport though. which he thanks me for!
