ORIGINAL: alpha omega The 900 rr is the original fireblade they carried the name over to hte 929 and the 954 the 1000 rr is not a fireblade. Have a nice day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The 1000 is still a Fireblade outside of the US. Check the European Honda website, where the "CBR1000RR Fireblade" is on display. Honda European Site

You have a Repsol bike, man, those decals are worth twenty horsepower. That's why the MotoGP bikes have them! I'd like to upgrade someday, but you can't just buy the Repsol name anywhere...

This explains what happend to my 94. I picked it up as a basket case and spent a winter repairing the damage the previous owner did. This included removing a dozen stickers (No Fear, Carbon Fiber, etc). When I talk to the guy later (after having the bike dyno'ed at 117 hp at the rear wheel), the guy claimed it had been a 140 hp bike (teen age guy). Stickers really do work!!!!!!

so you made your bike slower??? man I'm goin down to the sticker shop TOMORROW I'm gonna have the fastest bike on the forum. Anybody wanna race?? I'm givin spots up to bikes with less stickers. Anybody with a Repsol sticker gotta give me three bikes and the skip. I'm gonna have so many stickers I'm gonna need an extended swing arm to harness the raw power.
