i am from the southeast, and i was wondering if there are some folks here that would be so kind as to let my friend and me stay for the night if we were to make a road trip out there next summer. we are in the marine corps, and we're getting out next winter. it would be awesome if we could meet up with some people out there, and ride with them.

Were are you guys going exactly?? Im trying to plan a ride for this summer after I get back from the middle east, not exactly sure what I want to do just yet.

we haven't really planned it yet, we are just hoping we can take some of our leave and ride out there.
i was thinking we'll probably truck our bikes most of the way, and then spend like 7 days or so making a big circle.

Well let me know when you think when you guys will be taking leave and for how long. Im taking leave in May, some in June and July and AUG to do some riding. I live in Omaha NE, but plan on doing some riding out in CA, CO and MO. My home town in Hawthorne NV celabrates armed forces weekend, always a good weekend party. Then I was looking at riding in CA during that time, dont really have anything planed yet where I will ride this year as far as CA goes, but you guys let me know when you plan on taking leave where you plan on going exactly and I will see if I can get some leave and maybe we can cross paths.
