How many of you guys have this shield on your bikes ?? Is the aerodynamics improved tremendously with the double bubble ??

I had one last summer but w/ me just being a normal rider I have no idea how it helped or decreased anything as far as aerodynamics go. I just liked the look, but I switched from the Zero Gravity Double Bubble to the Puig Double Bubble which was a little darker...I just had em both for looks Sorry couldnt be much more help

i have one on my 1000rr i use the puig racelite on my 600 it helps for average size people under 6' many people around 6' or over have reported that unless they are tucked under the windscreen and just normal riding they get hit right in the helmet and buffetted by the air stream since i am only 5'7" i dont have any first hand experience though

I am only 5'6" & I should be able to tuck on down behind the double bubble. 80% of my desire for the switch is based on performance & 20% for the cool look. Now I got to figure out which item I want first, the double bubble or seat cowl.

I had a puig double bubble on mine.It looked good but caused a lot more buffeting for me(6' 2").Switched to a zero gravity touring shield ..ITs a lot smoother ride now. If you want a good deal here is there "seconds" .I cant tell what was second about mine. Plus for 25.00 i really dont care. http://www.zgoutlet.com/ look under the clearance section

Anyone heard of or have proof that the heat from the sun will melt the shield of the double bouble ?? That's what my Honda folks told me yesterday.
