I've seen idjits on everything, from Ninja 250s to Busas and ZX-14s to Honda Rebels to Vulcan 2000s.
Because of weight and such, given equal riding skill, a twisty area with no straights, and a Ninja 250 vs ANYTHING else, that ninja will smoke it.  It's so light, maneuverable, flickable, etc, it will smoke anything else that even tries.
As for Busas with douches on them.  I've known three Busa owners personally.  One is a good friend of mine, and rides his quickly, keeps up with supersport packs in the mountains of CO, but mostly responsibly (his wrist was implanted at birth with extra lead :-) )
I also know a guy here at school that rides one responsibly, has fun with it, but wouldn't do anything stupid.
On the other hand there's another guy here at school who is a squid and a half on one.  He's got the 1397 big bore kit, polished frame, etc etc etc. And yet still attempts to stunt the thing.  He recently looped it doing 120 down the interstate when he tried to wheelie.  Doesn't bother me, except he had his girl on the back, both had helmets, but he was the only one with full gear.  She had on two sweatshirts, two shirts, and jeans.  It went right through all of it.  He of course was unharmed.
So yeah, as with everything there's responsible riders, and there's douches on everything...
