I haven't taken my bike in yet.  My local dealer had a list of about 12 bikes they sold that fell within the VIN.  They already had replacement tanks for ALL bikes.  They said they weren't going to check the tanks, they have the tool, they just want to replace the tanks and move on.  Suits me.

I had my tank up the other day no leaks at all, though it only has 1800mi. dealer said it was an effected VIN# bike but, i really dont trust them touching it,

think i should hold off?

just got mine done at the dealership last week, took about 9 business days for everything to come ine, but service was great! :)

I got our bikes checked last week. The 06 got a new tank, the wife's 07 Repsol checked ok. Great service from my local dealer too!!! (there may be hope for them after all. LOL)
