Here is the Puzzle. A 1996 put together from a pile of parts... The picture was taken with my phone, at the local Bike Night here. All of my better pictures are on my old laptop still. Thumbnail Image

Cant really see much from that pic, can you put better pics up? Looks pretty much stock with the custom paint job.

Ok, cool. You can find full fairings for a 98-99 on ebay. Im not sure on the quality of the bodywork. Some guys say that it cracks sooner than stock fairings, and some other people dont have problems with them. I havent bought any myself so I cannot say for sure on the strength of them.

i dont know what the exchange rate to your currency vs the S.A. Rand. Things are waaaaay overpriced here in S.A. I picked up mine over here for about $4000 USD. Yeah I know its daylight robbery but it was the best price for the neatest 1993 CBR900RR I could find with about 25000 miles on it. Everything was going for about $6500 USD.

ORIGINAL: DukeCBR Cant really see much from that pic, can you put better pics up? Looks pretty much stock with the custom paint job. OK, I took some more. Unfortunately, I left my camera in the car and rode the bike to work today. These photos are also done with my cell phone. Yes, your right. It's pretty much stock with the following: 17" F3 front wheel, bolt on canister, front flushmount signals, short stalk rear signals (cheap ones), home made fender eliminator (stainless steel), and modified swing arm (extra bracing, spool mounts, black powder coat). No, it's not extended either (not my bag, man). Most of it is 1996, including the stock colors (a lot of the decals are removed). It has a 95 stock header (hence the tilted effect of the 96-99 bolt on canister), 95 carbs (no TPS), and the swing arm is off of a 95 too. Putting it together was fun, but riding it is even more fun.
