This is the first time I have seen this vid. Is it still the cars fault becuase he rear ended the biker or the biker's fault for being a jackass?

With the video as evidence, it would have been the bikers fault. Without the video or witnesses it most likely would have come down on the SUV. But now they are both going to get tickets....lol

Wait just a minute! I dunno what you saw but I saw the bike getting rear ended...that's all I need to see. I think, perhaps, the SUV *may* have been going a bit brisk for that corner....I mean to not be able to stop in time or swerve around the bike? Come on! Additionally, the hambone on the bike is just that, a hambone. I mean, who decides to do tricks in a corner on a traveled road? No me.
