There are a few inexpensive Chatterboxes, but the are just rider/passenger intercoms-not bike to bike. You can get into a system like this for close to $100

hi im looking at getting the x1 but i have one question. i have seen some one ebay that say hjc chatterbox. what does that mean?

HJC created Chatterbox, and the early ones (circa 1994 or so) said "HJC CHATTERBOX"
This is why all HJC helemts come equipped for a chatterbox..look inside one and you will find the fuzzy strip on the chin bar for the microphone and it has ear pockets for speakers

I have the Multi-Sport made by chatter box. And its good but the wind factor is horoble. I wish i new a wasy to silence that on the multi-sports.

Hmm, I felt like raising a thread from the dead :) But seriously, I want something to communicate with my brother, but who wants that huge thing on your helmet? I was thinking a 2 way hands free motorola 2 way, and clipping it to the inside of the jacket.
