I have decided to put some of my electronics know how to use for myself and make a integrated turn out of the stock tail light using a trailer harness. Seems simple enough 5 wires on one 4 way plus a brake input and a regular 4 way on the output side.  I am having some problems and dont understand whats going on hopefully someone else has done it or has more knowledge than me about it. I got the lights to blink with the turn no problem and the brakes didnt override the flash. The problem is both bulbs are flashing. Whether its left or right both flash on the brakes or not. I can diode isolate them but I dont want to wire a diode in and risk ripping it out getting in and out of thre trunk area. Does anyone have any ideas?

I like to to do stuff myself and it can be fun, but as cheap as the intergators are it's just better to buy one IMO so you know it will work right.
