Stock tail with smaller led carbon fiber look turn signals.

Tail with where my plate will be mounted and lit.

Next are some pics of my wheel polishing progress. Front wheel is nearly done. The centers are going to be powdercoated a MIRROR black! Which I think will look good.

Take a look and let me know what you guys think! Either good or bad! I accept all criticism lol

make sure and check to make sure that plate location is legal. a lot of states require it to be at the furthest part back on the bike and have a plate light and  have a red reflector

i know that here in tx a honest inspection station would fail that

In PA that plate location is not legal, but if it is plainly visible cops don't seem to mind. As for lighting it up, I will be using 2 LED Bolt lights to light it. And as for inspection, that is not a problem as I am PA state certified inspector for cars/light trucks and motorcycles and work at family shop. But do you think it looks ok?

I love it.  You're using the car in the background as a bench while you're working on the bike.  That's right, it know it's place now. Bow down to the bike lesser one with four wheels.

I have a buddy with an outstanding warrant for not paying the ticket with the same plate mount.  Good luck with it.

Did you do the wheels yourself? How did you keep the line so strait and clean between the polished side and painted side? Wheels look damn good. I would go with a good fender eliminator kit tho, get that tag lit up. The tag on the swingarm just cheapens your sweet mods imo.

Yea, I did the wheels myself. I just stripped the whole wheel with paint stripper and just started wet sanding the lips with 400, 600, 1000, 1500, and 2000. Didn't do anything special to get the line that straight, it just happened lol and as for fender eliminators. Everything i find for the 07's either are way illegal in PA or look like hell. I have not found one that i like and won't get bustedfor it.

Oh, you stripped the whole wheel. I was looking to do something simular but keep the center of the wheel black. Hope my lines turn out that clean.

The wheel center is gonna stay black, but i stripped off the factory finish and its gonna be powdercoated a chrome black. Just take your time. I have 11 hours in that front wheel just in stripping/sanding/polishing w/ a Mac Tools 3" air polisher

LOL! That sucks. There's only been a couple days that's been too cold for me to ride (lower than 38 degrees or so) this winter so far. I know, im a big pus, but I was born here and my bodies not set up for the really cold weather. Atleast you got some down time to do some polishing and stuff, with these gas prices my bikes my primary source of transportation and my down times very limited.
