Did you reset it?Try disconnecting the battery or the harness were you spliced your wires and reprogram it.

i am not going to lie i dont know anything about the unit itself, but what i do know is programming remote starts in a car, I had an alarm/starter malfunction, so to reset the unit I took out the "brian" module and "shorted" out the power comection pins, to do this i completely disconnected it, took it out of the car and on the power plug side i used a small wire to touch each connection pin together at he same time this "shorts" out each capacitor inside draining the unit power competely like new, then you could reprogramm from the beggining. works fine to reset a remote starter, (just make sure you know how to reprogram the unit.)
