You can order a key and lock set...  you'd be better off buying a used one, though.

If you aren't worried about theft, don't replace the lock set.You can remove your ignition and take it to a locksmith to cut you a key, cost is about $30.00

I recall reading something about a key code.  Perhaps there's one on the lock.

My bike is a 2000 and I have a set of tags that came with the bike that has the key code on them.  If I were to loose both keys I could take the tag to the dealership and they could order me new keys.  I take it you do not have the tags?

Most dealerships will charge you an arm and a leg to cut you a key.A blank key costs about $10.00 not to mention cutting it.

HAHA I just did the same thing about two months ago. I lost my only key. If your somewhat mechanical it's easier than it looks to get the ignition out to get a key code off it. THe best thing to do is to take the top of the triple tree cover off and the ignition comes right with it and the key code is on the back. Give that to a locksmith and he can make you a key. I got two keys for 20 bucks and didn't even have to buy any blanks.

I remember paying a grand total of $5 to have a new key made for my car, all I had to do was show them my registration and ID. Cutting a key (unless it's a laser cut key) takes only a minute and can be done with a simple hand tool.

Honda motorcycle key cuts are not stored by Honda. You can have a locksmith make one for about 150 dollars or you can try to take the ignition cylindar off of the bike and get the code off of it (a lot harder than it sounds, especially if it is in the lock postion).
