anyone know an easy way, or way to remove swingarm bearing without a bearing press?? hopefully without damaging the bearing....

I done mine last year ... And I'm sorry to say I've not found away ... The neddle roller bearing has no meat on them that you can get a good grip to push them out with totally destroying them ... I just brought a whole set for mine ... Cost was about £70 (UK) ... But that was the bearing and the bushe's ... As I thought that while I had the arm off I might as well change every thing in that department ... Sorry if that's not good new's ...
