Has anybody used the Mr. Clean Auto Dry for their bike? Was wondering if it worked out good or bad. I use it on my car and love it. Let me know if you have had any experiences with it.

Haven't tried the AutoDry on the bike yet, I borrowed a co-worker's and found it to be OK on cars - still felt the need to dry with a towel to keep the spots off (especially on the glass).

HOWEVER, I LOVE Microfiber drying rags - soo nice - polish things off with them, clean glass, plastic, whatever. - It was high on my christmas list and I got about 20 of them...

Hmmm... maybe I'll have to be the test dummy and see how it works on the bike.

Don't use it on cars or bikes. It tends to leave a residue on cars and costs more then washing normally. You want something good, use Meguirs Gold Class car wash soap and the 2 bucket method. Then dry using an absorber or MF.

+1 on the Meguairs Gold Class wash. Their entire line of Gold Class products are excellent.

Btw this comes from personal experience of detailing cars haha.

A before and after of some of my work if theres doubts haha. 2004 G35 4 door. After isn't took good but had no time.

why it works is because with the filter it removes chemicals in the water. what happens is when the sun hits the water it dries the water and the chemicals in the water and it leaves residue. If you don't remove it it can etch it self in the paint. i put baking soda in the water with a really good car soap to wash the car. Then use a really good drying cloth. baking soda will neutralize the chemicals in the water.
It works but you have to change the filters when it says too.

Great job!! What do you use to wash your car? two buckets, mf mitt and mf drying towel? cause the before looks like from spider webs from washing. love your car, killer!! wish my car was black. going to pain my bike next winter black. Not a close pic like urs. It's a '00 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro. Suns setting so you can't see the shine. As soon as I move to NC where they have great weather I'm detailing it. Now I just have layers of Klasse SG to prevent rust and the paints shine.

haha those arent my cars. There is no way in hell i would let my car get that bad EVER. Its a customers car, that was sitting under a building that had some concrete construction lol

scared me for a second. wondered if used ur whity tites to wash and a beach towel to dry. with a little dawn in pond water.
