Just installed bikelitez HID conversion kit on my bike. It was kind of a pain in the you know what but the work was worth it. Will post some pics tomorrow.

Did you have to bastardize your headlight housing to install the bulbs?  Did you install low beam only or both beams?  How hot do the transformers get?
Do you have an soft copy of the installation instructions?  I would love to read them before I order the HID system.

I didnt start the thread, but you will not need to do any mod's to your housing. Bulbs are a direct swap. You can do both low/high beams or just the low. The transformers that I have installed never got hot.

Do a search for HID here. Any thread that was started or replied to by "BlueFox" will be more than hopefull for you. He is a expert when it comes to HID conversions for your CBR. gl.
