I just got a CBR 900 1993 and I have torn it down and started some work on it and I have afew questions...

1. will a 200 fit in the rear???
2.I get a noise at low to mid rev,s I was told it is a cam chain tensioner...if so where can I get one..
3. Ilowered the forks 1/2 inch on the triple tree will this caue any problems?
4. I am having problems with the turn signals, I believe it is the switch and want to know if anyone else has had this proble?

So far I have done the frame and motor black. I have added 8000 K  HID's and am getting ready to put some rearsets on it. I put some LED thru the plastic and carbon fiber and the sanded them down and cleared the part so you can not see the signals until they light up.

I shaved the turn signal holes and have covered the bike in Carbon fiber. I split it down the middle so the carbon would match on both sides. I am going to redo the rear section and cut the seat frame and raise the rear about 3 inches and narrow the rear end. I am going to add LED's in the rear with built in turn signals... I also wrapped the 2 Brothers exhaust in CF also

anyhow thats my start I am 40 now and my days of riding like a maniac are done (7 Kids) But I always liked the way the CBR looked so its more for Rec than daily. Its a good 2 up bike and when I want a little past 7000 grand seems to pull the bike into a stable single tire ride ;)

I left some pics so let me know what you think.

Welcome to the site Ghusar. Dont know what to tell you regarding your bikes noise and tire fittment (I ride a 600). What I can tell you is; you laid that clear down like a champ!!!! I see that tank sitting on a body shop stand and pro masking materials so I figure this is not your first paint job! Well done. I also like the imagination that went into fitting the lights. Make sure to post some pics when it's completed.
