it mounts exact...you wont be able to use an exhaust gasket unless you trim down a stock honda one...i don't have one at all and you have to trim about a half inch off your mid pipe but that's very very very minor

I was just checking out eBay They have ones for a 1000 that look like shorty mufflers and then there are 600 ones that look like they have a muffler chamber that mounts under the bike with the chamber coming out like you have.

Which did you get and do have any pictres of how you assembled or fastened everything? That looks so sweet.

Bdizzle, I took a 600-750 '06 exhaust and cut the muffler off, so all I had left was the part you see. Then I made a flange and a mid-pipe and welded it all together. THe mid-pipe and canister are one piece and it is bolted directly to the header. Then I wrapped a little of the header and the mid-pipe i made in exhaust wrap. Idk if it actually does anything, but whatever.

Sidewards, that is a nice look and a good blend of colors. Only thing  I don't like is the look of that big a$$ radiator. What ya going to do though. (sigh)

Who said plastics were old? I would then tell you to go and buy a Buell. (LOL)
