hello, i am currently riding a cbr600rr 2003. I would like to say I do love the bike very much. I am planning to upgrade my bike to 1kcbr in few months. However, I am not tall enough to do flat foot. (Im about 5"5 and 120 pounds) Will GSXR750 2006 be a better option for me?

an 07 cbr600RR would be agood option. Its got a real narrow seat. Light, the power of the 750 and its still a Honda. It's a vastly different bike than your 03.

You can also consider Triumph Daytona and Ducati 848.

Stick with Honda. An 07 600RR is competely different than your 03. I've ridden both and boy are the 07's nice!

The GSX-R is not a bad bike, but I would stick with a Honda if you can.  I read that the 08 600RR is all new and even faster and smaller then before.

I thought I was short at 5'8"

That video is hilarious. Did you know that the average time it takes for a sportbike to take its first spill is 8 days? That means for every person that goes 16 days without dropping/crashing it, someone does it leaving the dealership. And- dont get the suzuki 750, your 03 600rr will outperform that.

AAnderson--I quote "dont get the suzuki 750, your 03 600rr will outperform that".....common!! I am a Honda fan too but to say that is ridiculous!! A 2003 600RR has 105.4 HP and isnt even close to the 2006 GSXR750 which is putting out 126.6 HP. Even a 2008 CBR600RR cant come close to the power that the 750 is putting out. Buy the Honda for the look, the quality or buy the CBR 1000 if you want the HP but lets be real.

just get an 07600RR.. i have ridden both the 750 and the new cbr 600rr..   the 750 has more power.. but no where near the handling abilities, or the flickability.... not to mention the honda looks alot better. and doesnt have that ugly whales tale rear end.. that thing looks like its about to slap some water.

If power is the main thing you want to upgrade don't go with a new 600. They are great bikes and are big improvements on the 03, but not that better power or acceleration wise. Im sure you have already, but if you haven't go to a dealership and sit on the new 600's and 1000's. I dont know if its just me but the new 1000's dont feel much bigger than the new 600's.

Too bad more companies dont have legit 750ish sportbikes these days.
