I just got my galfer lines for the clutch, front brakes, and rear brake.  But the fronts are only 2 lines, don't they include one that runs from the master?  Seems silly not too, right?  Or should I custom order a line, or do I even need one from there?  Thanks

You should have two lines that run from the master cylinder to the calipers, a seperate line for the clutch, and a seperate line for the rear if you got all 3 kits.

+1.  There SHOULD be two lines for the front.  It will do away with the single line to the right caliper and one over the fender (likely).  Two is correct for the front.

Just run both from the master. One will go to the right caliper and one to the left. It does away with the line that runs over the fender. You can even take that mount off on the fender.
