I have always used Conti Sport-Attacks, and have had no trouble at all with them.  Very capable tire for any road condition I have encountered such as rain and even a dabble of snow. (though it was very very limited)  I think they are worth a good look, and I bought them from Chapparall* (i think that is how it is spelled)

I would think that stunters really don't have credibility when it comes to recommending tires. I mean honestly, how can you say one tires sucks over another when you don't actually ride the bike the way it was meant to be ridden?

so my tires have about had it, the rear tire is bald in the center and the front is worn un even from bad tire pressure. I am probably going to replace both together.

most of my riding is pretty in town to school and work so i dont want a soft race tire that i am going to eat up quik, but at the same time i want something that will stick when i want to hit some curvy roads.

are dual compound tires a good idea? could i get a decent pair for around $200?

what are some good web sites to buy tires from? and can a local tire shop instale them or do i need a bike shop to do it?

Dude, what's up with that black line drawn in MS Paint in your signature picture?

I recommended Pilot Powers, just thru in the info on my boys who stunt as an FYI.  They also like them bald.  But in no way am I recommending bald tires.

I have heard many good things about the Pilot Powers and the Dunlop Qualifiers... I have never had personal experience with either of them but my next set will be the qualifiers.  I do have personal experience with the Continental Road Attacks and wow... they are an awesome feeling tire, Blew my Strada's away.  They handled very well and the turn in was amazing but that was also on a 500 pound Katana that was not able to push as hard as the RR and F4i.  Like I said, my next pair will be the qualifiers.
