Nothing wrong with wanting to be the best rider in the area. I respect the bike a lot. That is the problem with most riders. They don't respect the bike or check into what they are buying. The day you don't respect the bike thats when you'll be six feet under. I can easily go out and by a 1000rr or a busa and say i'm the fastest. And go back and read my posts, I don't think there is anything wrong my attitude.

The best way to get more HP is to allow the engine to breathe better. Going with a full exhaust is not a waste of money in my book. You can figure about 10 to 15% increase in HP doing the mods you were talking about (exhaust, airfilter and jets). Take a look at a sprocket change if you want to launch better.

Well I'm not tryin to lose any top end or hp. I want to be the youngest and the fastest in the tri state area.

Had a freind who had the exact same ambition once, he's dead now. Its amazing how many kids are just aching to kill themselves (or someone else) streetracing....

youngest and fastest never seem to go with smartest.

Thank you....you took the words right out of my mouth.

Why is everybody comin at me cause I want to be fast? Bikes are made to go fast. Just cause I'm not scared to open my bike up and use it like its supposed to be used don't come sayin that I am aching to kill myself. I had a friend die 2 weeks ago and he wasn't speeding at all. If you can handle your bike then whats the problem? Maybe you guys aren't real riders and need to trade your hondas in for harley's.

Syko9, change your name to "Statistic" cause thats here you are heading. Another dumb kid that wants to be a grease spot....
