i have a quick question for everyone out here: i just got a CBR1000 07 yesterday i just want to know if they are better then the yamaha R1 ???

Quick question, if you don't already know the answer, then why did you buy the CBR?

Hondas will definitely outlast the Yamaha for sure, if taken care of properly. As far as looks go, that just a personal preference.

Guess you better learn to love that CBR......

It's all about the rider!  most bikes run close to the same time anyway.. So with speed taken out the picture, you either buying a bike for looks or price.
