.... But I think this probably had to take the cake today   I had to go over to Atlanta to pick up a tire... Met up with 'vpsophomore' while there and hung out with him for a bit (thanks again for lunch Andrew!), then went and picked up my tire and headed home.  During the 75 mile ride home I saw a few people do a doubletake, LOL.  Hey sometimes you gotta be creative, and at least it's not a BBQ!

Only paid $25 for this here rear Pilot Power, so it was worth the $12 for a tank of gas to go get it.  Real nice shape...only seen a couple of trackdays.  Not too bad I don't think

THANKS THIRD!!! I was wondering how I could carry a tire when I pick one up on my bike. Seriously, I was. I'm going to pick up a take off this summer to save money and save the hassle of that 'new tire' slickness. That is a great idea.

And my wife gives me grief for my "spare tire" - You have given it a totally new meaning.

It wasn't too bad... just a little uncomfortable cuz I had to sit straight up pretty much and really stretch my arms, but it wasn't that bad really.  Kinda entertaining though... during the stretch of 1st gear crawling traffic (with stopping a few times) along I-85, and then the super boring 40+ miles alony Hwy 316, I could keep myself entertained by leaning forward and down just a bit, and bouncing the rear of the tire up and down on the rear seat to whatever tune was in my head.  Good workout for your abs too!! Just had to be careful... if you tuck down too far you get smacked in the back of the head with a tire
