Thanks peeps, i`ll have a go and let you know my results. When i`ve blead brakes before if i`m changing the fluid I don`t drain the reservoir just keep topping it up with fresh as i blead the old out until theres nothing but fresh fluid left. Never had any problems doing it this way.

OK just got the bike back today.......Are yall ready for the story, its kind of long. aslkjva;lkgja;lsjkfaoeijfaovkn;lv;alskjoituapoweitpongvpa0948tv7pw48ru napsdj sjhdslofjhpv fhpeivnopigjv nogijavslfjs;lkjfvoighapoihgvaosihfsdsvnx xcnzxcmn.xb,nfgjhport09857q09348htfkjhfasdjvhdsnsdjfhaldksjfhdjfhlaskjf!!!!

Ok, for those of you who didn't understand that, its ok. That was all the technical stuff. Now let be break it down for all us regular folks.....I WASNT BLEEDING THEM RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!. Actually the guys at the dealership said I was doing everything right. They said there was a S**tload of air still in the line and they had to use some special bleeder that actually connects to a compressor to keep constant flow while continuing to fill the reservoir with fluid...Can't believe I told yall the truth, oh well, if you can't laugh at yourself who can you laugh at. Thanks guys for all your help.

Seals mostly -- the poor abused seals. You're lucky greenpeace didn't come knocking on your door A small amount of spooge can also get by the oil seal (from the actuator rod) at the slave cylinder.

Now which thang did you use -- was it the screw-on doo-dad (speedbleeder?) that acts as a one way valve?

Hey guys...

Hope everyone is doing well. I have a similar issue with bleeding the clutch line. (051000RR)

Last year I had the same problem with accumulating air in the clutch line that preventing me from engaging gears. Last year it was fairly simple with resolving the issue.

This year - not so easy. I have followed the instructions provided on this post, but with no success. I believe I have eliminated all the air from the line, however I am NOT getting any pressure build up regardless of what I do.

Basically, I engage the clutch, make sure the reservoir on the handle bar is at it's highest level with fluid, then I take my other hand and open up the value at the bottom near the shifter. I do this several times, but with no success. No increase in pressure/resistance with the clutch lever.

I have no idea what is wrong or what to do. Please help.

Thanks in advance!
