I'm thinkin about sending my rims off for powdercoating because some of the black paint is chipping off.  What do you guys think??  I know at least one of you already has white rims and I think they look pretty good.  The only other color that I would be able to handle might be red, but it might be too much.  I just want to see what everyone thinks about the process and if it's worth it.  Thanks a lot for your help in advance!

If you don't mind a lot of cleaning any bike with white done properly can look secksy .. imo, if you do it, just stick with 2-3 colors max though, more than that and it can start looking clownish quickly. good luck

+1

I like them, then I am biased (see attached old pic of my Erion).  Also, I think that the red pin adds a lot.

Well, thanks for all of the responses!  I think I will get it done then!  Anyone have a front stand that they want to sell??  Or can you suggest a stand for the front??

It looks cool.  Here's a guy that bought a new VFR and had it custom painted to match the Interceptors of old.

White will look good but if you can find a red that matches it will give it a more of a race vibe and set it appart from others.
