Was wondering who would possibly be interested in having a Semi local meet for NY/NJ/CT/PA area...

Bear Mtn sounds great. Keep me posted on a date. I'd be coming from Philly so I'm already a few hrs away I think. I think it would be pretty cool.

sounds cool, Im never able to make meets cause i watch my daughter till 5 on saturdays and 1 on sundays.If wifey get off,you can count me in.

How about Catskill Mtns? Seems to be pretty close to all of us and relatively even drives for us all.

I'm always down for a nice ride to somewhere I've never seen before, so count me in...I'm near Hartford and it's about 2 hours from me.

And if any riders want to meet up somewhere to ride there together, I'm also down with that.

Somewhere near Springfield may work better for the north NE riders, but I'm sure we can organize more than just one meet this spring/summer. Bear Mountian is a good start, then we can meet in Vermont/West Mass later in the spring.

its about 4 hrs for me and the same from springfield, alittle less from NYC... looks pretty central.. let me know if this will work lets shoot for mid may - mid june, i would like to get a head count as soon as possible. that way we can set something up, (good ride, bbq, something to that effect. ) open to all ideas let me know guys want to get a NE meet set in stone.

Ive been to RhineBeck Aerodome wich is just east of that spot you marked
Awesome roads up there and its about an hour north of Bear Mountain.

the only problem i forsee with a bbq is bringing the food on bike.....??????
granted i have a HUGE trunk space <<cough HAHAHA cough>> I dont want to fill it with frozen burgers

If anyone from the NYC/NJ area wants to meet up to ride together let me know. Ill be leaving from Astoria Queens

This is fine with me...is there a park there or something that we can meet at/bbq at? We should just worry about the bikers meeting up before we start to include burgers and gf's and such, although bringing gf's and burgers should go hand in hand and they can drive cars with the bbq supplies.

Let me know what eveyone wants to do, this new spot or Bear Mountain or anywhere is good for me...count me in.
