The woodstock meet is still for the 21st of june, Okiezac is planning another meet at his house after the 4th of july in Ithaca

This meet is @ Catskill Pizza in Ithaca, i figure that way we can all "meet n eat"  then get gas, and go riding... as for the evening activities well im sure that will be determined at a later point.. but i can see it getting interesting? 


BBQ is @ the Ithaca meet.   I dont have a trailer right now, and it would be a bitch to figure out how to get all that food ect.. down there.. 

Ithaca meet is TBA.. but im shooting for the weekend of the 25th of July.. i will make a post about it when i know for sure.

Okie - You got a typo there...Catskill Pizza in Woodstock, BBQ in Ithaca...you may want to post the address so everyone knows where it is.

And if you need me to Paypal some funds to help pay for the BBQ I have no problem with that, but that's a whole diff thing, we should stay on this meet topic to stop confusing people. 

The BBQ has yet to be planned.  This thread is for the meet & eat at Catskill Pizza on June 21st at 11 am - noon.  I think we should look into getting a block of rooms at a local inn so we can get them slightly cheaper.  Anyone know where a good hotel is in that area?  Who wants to call it in?

I assume the night festivities will get pretty interesting, especially if there's a bar at the hotel.

I will take care of the hotel bookings... I just need to know how many people want to get in on the hotel, as we will get a much better bulk rate that way.

So far I found a HoJo in Woodstock that wants like 130 for the night, with two beds, two people per room. I also found this website which you are all welcome to poke around to see what the deal is... Let me know what you think, but im going to shoot for 100 a night, which means 50 a person who wants one.

Also, what is our actual destination point for the ride? Are we riding to a point and back, or just spending a day in the skillz?

Im going to rent a house for the weekend, or im going to camp i predict.

we will see, i cant even start planning where im going to stay when there is snow outside my window. lol

odds are i will probably rent a small house out there or i will trailer the bike there and leave all my gear in the car if i camp.

I would definitely throw down on a house via paypal if that was the plan. Might as well make an event out of this. Ill even take a spot on the floor. Keep in touch cause if the house is the plan im not going to pursue the hotel thing.

The Easiest way is the hotel. Theres really no need to make reservations because there are plenty of hotels to get rooms...Ive done it quite a few times last year up there and never had problems.. Plus some people who travel farther may want to stay somewhere closer to them and cut out an hour or 2 from there next days trip..

A house would be cool too, but for some reason i see a image from some reality show and were drunk doing burnouts in the kitchen
