Cleaning this:

And got stuck... used half a can of PB Blaster... rounded off the head... cut in a notch for a flat head... broke the screwdriver... bent two other screwdrivers ... had to do this:

I'm not so angry anymore. Just need to get a stand or jackstands so I can get that back wheel off and fix this ASAP. The weather just got good here. I can't tell if it was me being stupid or if the sand and crap from the road caused it to seize. Either way, it ruined a perfectly good weekend. [:(] I won't be getting one til Wednesday.

oh man i hope my f4i doesnt do this when i go to adjust my chain. Screw that im gonna coat it in antiseize lol

Adjusting screw for the chain. He stripped the 8 then who knows what happened but he cut it off hahah

Yes. I don't know what happened. Once I get the rear off the ground, the wheel will come off and I'll 'hopefully' be able to fix it myself.

Got some jack stands today so I should be able to get her up in the air and pull the rear wheel to decide exactly what needs to be done.

Wow i had my wheels off for like a month and i just put em back on to roll the bike into the garage and holy hell what a pain in the balls it was getting both wheels back in.

Btw my adjusters went in and out by hand haha i should really cover em in anti seize for sure

It's quite rediculous that this went so bad on me so fast. Oh well. My hard lesson for others to learn from.


I have some jack stands now. I need to figure out how I can jack the back of the bike up and get it on the stands. I'll be posting in here again if I can't find anything on the search function.

Use a floor jack and raise it from the headers if there factory. Do it quick though just in case. Try to jack it more towards the back of the header where theres a mounting point. Then put the jacks underneath. Id have someone help you though i dropped my bike like that haha

Got my wheel off this afternoon. It's good to know how to do that now.

It's good to know that the dealer I had change my tires took good care of my bike and lubed the axle up good.

The threads were obviously damaged but she came out okay. I think I'll have the dealer overnight one so I can ride Tuesday so long as it isn't like 25$ to do it.

Haha i can see you used my jack idea huh lol. Yea it looks really dirty huh. Axles look nice and lubed, a bit dirty but there lubed. This is my first bike and ive already done some work on it. The rear dogbone was the biggest PITA EVER.
