I have recently filled out an application to become a Wyoming D.O.T. Motorcycle Safety Course Instructor. Apparently they get about 30+ applicants a year and they take only 12. In a couple of weeks we travel to Casper WY. to do a meet and greet and take thier test. This is something I have wanted to do for several years. So hopefully by the end of the summer I'll have an MSF Rider Coach patch for my leathers.

Alejandro, I have been in Government (and been a jerk) for most of my life. I have been a Marine, traveling to far-off exotic places and meeting new people,,,,,then trying to kill them. I have been a Police Officer, taking several people to jail who would disagree with my reasons. I have been a railroad conductor, a logistics specialist and a salesman. I have lived in or travelled to all 50 states and 54 countries (it's not the age, it's the mileage!).
My ONLY reason for wanting to be a rider coach is to help some of our young noobs to avoid what so many of us have suffered through (and some don't survive). The vast majority of my fellow citizens have had a problem with what I did for a job at different times or who I did it for. If I had cared what they thought I probably would've eaten a bullet by now. The D.O.T. has a difficult job to do. You don't have to "like" the agency, you just have to obey them!

well now im driving a big rig all over the states and STILL DONT LIKE D.O.T, and i like the way you say we have to obey them
I DONT HAVE TO OBEY NO ONE BUT THE LORD JC , PLP LIKE YOU SCREW THE AGENCY, so you are the cain that will become a police man to drive a police cruiser at 120 mph in wrong way
