i am looking for somewhere, anywhere to find new & used parts for a 90 cbr. it doesnt matter if its online or local (i am in Cali). i have tried google. tried the sponsors to the forums. also, is there anything i can do to give it a cosmetic makeover? get rid of the banana seat, update the headlight & mirrors. basically, i would like to make it look like a newer style bike

dude i feel your pain all you need is money, iam going thru same thing my self w/93 f-2, parts are tuff to find for older cbr 's like ours, new parts are outrageous i shoped on e-bay and found a part that i needed that the dealer wanted a $100.00 for, i found the part for $8.99 plus $8.00 shipping not bad for $17.00 of course i looked thru 80 pgs of stuff for all the other cbr's but i did find it. keep reading the forums and klicking on the attachments these guys leave and you start to gain some good ideas, alot of smart people here on the forums alot of brains to pick good luck!!!!
