haha yea i know how that sucks! Mine looks just the same right now because i just got done fixing the problem your having right now, cept yours is shinny and mine is all black.  but

Check the kill switch assymbly on the inside, take it all the way apart and make sure that is ok,
check all the relays, one bad relay shuts the whole bike down, cept taillight and random things
The Multimeter showing 12.4 volts when you do that is showing that your ground is good, You are not getting power through the wire, the wire is the ground, so it sounds from what you said like the ground to your fuel pump is good and the ground to your bank angle sensor is good too. Are there any fuses blowing or anything? I read the whole thread a while back but cant remeber quite what the issue was, Just fuel pump not priming? And no headlights?

Fuel pump no prime and headlights no workie,.....I believe upper harness is fuxered (ugh)

Chrome clutch cover and stator cover
chrome triple tree
chrome clipons
chrome rearsets and passenger pegs

NOOOO chrome wheels.....too much chrome as it is already

Too much chrome is made for bikes that sit in the parking lot and look pretty. I actually RIDE mine, LoL....Oh yeah and as you notice i dont have 20K worth of chrome, $10 helmet, and a $150 pair of Jordans either, LMMFAO...=-)

haha, I dont blame you, im not the type of person that likes to have to clean their rims every time they go for a ride, thats why everything on mine is gloss or flat black, dirt doesnt show up as eaisly, and if you ride every day they get dirty quick.

Yeah i just wanted something a little different from the rest. Honestly, wish the frame was powder coated black. I try to ride mine everyday to work, if it looks like no rain. Hell sometimes i even ride it in the rain, LoL...But since its been sitting with no FP prime, ive just been killin the ole ladies F4izzy, haha....Man i gotta admit, those lil 600's are so much fun. I miss the 954 power, but the lil f4izzy has a higher fun factor rating, IMO........=-)....Think imma trade her ,y 954 for her F4i, LMAO

I cant say ive ever rode a 600, i rode a gsxr 750 for a while and it would probably out run my 954, im going to have to pic me up a 600 and have some fun on it though.

As far as no fuel pump prime, check the ecu, my ecu was bad and it was doing that.

Havent had time to mess with it lately, work has had me booked...Theres a new Upper harness on its way. I have a feeling theres a wire shorting out in it (hopefully). Bought a new one just to make sure it IS or ISNT. Figure thats the surest way to eliminate that problem. If that doesnt fix it, imma move ont some other things.....As always, process of elimination....=-)

Ok, lets try this......New upper harness came in. Still no voltage at the fuel pump plug...Now i have discovered there is NO voltage at the Fuel Cut Relay (relay is pulled out, im just testing the wire)..NO voltage anywhere on the plug at all (with key on as normal)....I believe the brown/black wire is the hot wire since it come str8 from the ECU........Would anyone think the ECU could be my problem?......=-)

I read all the posts, i dont "think" i missed anything, that being said my first thought is when you turn the ignition the lights come on and fp goes. So have you checked ignition switch, or base assembly? If you have my bad and please move along

brown black is supposed to be hot, I would bet on the ecu also, I had the same thing going on with my bike and as soon as i put a new ecu in it worked just fine. they are not too expensive eiter so its not too painful to replace it.
