I am going to order new OEM fairings. I have no idea however which colour codes do I need. I looked in the trunk, it says colour is NH146M and code is NH146B. However, my bike has somewhat different fairings than most pictures which I've seen here. Instead of saying "F4i" it says "F Sport PGM-FI" on the side. Is there a different colour code for the "F4i" type fairings? I've also seen other fairings which say nothing at all... Anybody have a complete list of colour codes, preferrably with pictures? My bike is the silver/black version.

And what's with the whole F Sport thing? Is this the european name of the F4i?

yep, it's the other name and it's similar to 01-03 f4i.
european cbr600f differs from f sport with another fairing vinyls, center stand and banana seat and it would be closer to 04-06f4i.

Was there a black version of the F Sport in Europe? If anybody has it, can you give me the colour code for it?

Does anybody have this one? I'm thinking maybe I could order the fairings for this model. At least the front/side fairings should fit, right?

i dont think so. if you want to see the color schemes for all years of the f4i you can check at http://www.ronayers.com/plastics/year.cfm?bike=4&make=1. you can order them from here as well if you need some new ones. i think the only difference between the us and uk version was the change from "f4i" to "f-sport"
