if your engine wont crank over you will not get spark and the fuel pump will not run.

First I would make sure the battery is charged up and good. If the battery doesn't have enough juice to crank it, it will just click most the time.

Okay so when you try to crank it does it click click click.... or just click once. Also when you crank it does the headlight dim down?

The one click you are hearing when you push the start button is the starter relay switch. That is good. You should check and make sure all your connections are good. At your battery and at your starter. If it still doesn't work, I would connect the starter motor terminal directly to the battery positive terminal. (It has a large current flow so don't use a small wire). If the starter motor turns over then you have loose or disconnected starter cable, or a faulty starter relay switch. And if it doesn't turn over the starter is bad. I am sure you are going to find the relay is bad or a bad connection. Let me know what happens.
