That's gonna be hit or miss finding a used suit on the cheap. My advice is to buy a new Teknic, AGV Sport or something like that. They can be had at about $350-400 new. Maybe a 2 piece, that way you can wear the jacket later by itself and the fit would still be decent on it.
Also, do a search for local trackday clubs in the area. It's usually a good place to find crashed leathers that are still good.

check your measurements with a tape measure. then see what the size charts say is closest to what you need. a xl jacket is most likely between a 46-50 in size, depends what brand it is. for a decent suit tecknic is not bad for the money. mc closeout has them for 299 right now. either one or two peice. newenough.com  has good size charts to look at. some one peice suits run small about one size.

I'm 5'10, 235lbs, athletic build (chest is bigger than my waistline).  I too have problems finding a one piece that fits OK.  I ended up getting a used Teknic from Craigslist, size 52 for under $200.  The guy stopped riding and was getting rid of his gear.  I believe the Teknic Chicane One Piece suits (new) can be found online for $299.99.
