ive seen alotta tag flippers but i keep my tag way under the tail (but its still easy to read from a car behind me) besides the flippers noisy and arent real stealthy, you can easily see the motor/hrdwr which not only looks clunky but as soon as a cop looks at the tag its pretty obvious somethings goin on there. dont forget THIS IS CONSIDERED EVASION EQUIPMENT some states will take your bike for having a tag flipper/hider so i figured it needs to look like a regular tag frame. check out the vid ...............http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTAC1wXYqZk

thanks guyz, i build custom audio/video systems for a living, so once i get an idea, its not long before its built, and when people see my work, alarm, rearvision video, illumiglow they often want something for their bike, so all these modz have paid me back time and time again! even if they didnt get me sidejobs, id still do it, i just luv building stuff no one else has!  check out the rest of the bike, this vid was the beggining of last summer, i have much beter cameras and i am waaay beter as wellhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCptjzzceFI

Wow, so that RR belongs to you, huh?  Nice to, "meet" you.  I've seen the video quite a few times and everytime it gets me.  Facking sick!

Diggin' the plate mod, I just don't have a plate 90% of the time to be honest so... no use for me.

I will take the RR off your hands though, just give me a shout... yeah just hit me up man, you got my digits, nah it's cool, really man, it's cool.  hit me up...

It's a clever design, I'll give you that. But license plate flippers (and people who use them to evade police) really strike a nerve with me. So I'll leave it at that.

I dont think he implied anyone, but if someone had this, its most likely what it'd be used for, pretty sure thats what he meant.

probably when you buy it is says "for off road use only" so ofcourse no one here would even think about using it on public highways. i can however see  it could easily be mis construed for evasion equipment, similar to running a kill switch for your lights. looks sick though

Looks like a brilliant idea, but could never afford to face the consequences for having it.

but will give it a thumbs up for creativity, and smashing on the last plate flipper

We don't need this turning into a debate.  It's a unique idea that looks good.  Let's leave the "what it's used for" up the imagination of the viewer.

We will never promote illegal actions here.  Keep in mind, police have used videos and messages on forums in the past as evidence.  I've mentioned it recently about the kid that killed himself and 3 of his buddies by launching his BMW into a tree at a ridiculous speed.  The media was even reporting that the kid had posted in a forum about his BMW was shaking and making a noise at 140 MPH and wanted to know if this was normal.  Combine all of that, and the parents of the 3 dead kids have a nice wrongful death case in court.

No replies needed... keep this as for show and tell only of a show bike modification.
