~ Back out at Hunzikers (A lighting gallery with a nice parking light). It's a cool night, nothing much going on. Usually I sit on the sidelines, but tonight I decided to play around a little. No success on clutching wheelie action... but we got some neat video and pictures of me and SchiraF4I playing around the little "islands".

~ We had a police officer come over and see what we were doing. I figured he'd run us off, but no... he was just there to let his K9 out and saw us. He wanted to know if we were going to have a bunch of people out, or if it was just us. He said since it was private property he couldn't and wouldn't really run us off, and if we were doing "wheelies and stuff" then he'd love to stick around and watch. Since we were mainly just practicing corners, and there were just 2 of us, he just wished us well and left to let his dog out elsewhere.

~ After a while, SchiraF4I gets an interesting idea. He grabs his girlfriend "Special Guest", sticks her on the back of his F4I, we give her my camara and tell her to hold on for dear life as best she can. And now... for the first time... a video in this thread that doesn't suck horribly!

Official Update

On Tuesday June 24, 2008 after 2 hours of practice in the boondocks of Oklahoma with my "wheelie coach", I, Choppa finally can clutch 2nd gear up. The wheelies arent high or anything but Im excited because I can consistantly get them down. Now I can work on slowley getting them higher. Also, the bike is naked now and will be all gloss black in a few days.

Also, Lrn2go has a new pit bike which scared the living hell out of me. Still it was fun and kool as hell, congrats.

Also, I we met Okiezac. Kool dude, nuff said. I''ll post pics of the new gloss black 07 once its complete. Stay tuned

Okiezac has a sweet bike I''ve always admired. Congrats on getting the front up, I found my mistake wasn''t revving it high enough. Trust me, you won''t flip over unless you redline it in 2nd, and keep full throttle once you get it up. You have a lot of room for error. Get those RPM''s up

There good stuff! Lets just hope I never have to test them.

Other than that, it''s true, had a chance to hang with Okiezac (much fun! Let us know anytime you''re in town!) and got me a pitbike. I wanted something I could play on, and if I crashed it... no big thing. It''s a good plan too! Last Sunday I managed to flip the thing in my backyard doing a wheelie and it sorta high-sided me and I landed on the thing. Took some scrapes to my back and broke the clutch bracket. Thankfully, this cheap little chinese thing was easy to buy parts for. I went out that day and bought a set of ASV levers from Cycle Gear (just replaced the broken side however). A little tinkering and it was on. When I''m back in town (I''m in Denver, CO now) I''ll zero in the adjustment and it''ll be better than new.

(pre-crash without the new lever)

Sweet. Ya i almost got the blue cbr jacket, but ended up getting a sonic 2.0 instead for like 280 bucks. It''s all black. The blue is too big for me. I''m not a big guy

Me, Choppa, and ShiraF4I headed out to meet my parents at Lake Hefner for the forth. There was playground equipment nearby, so obviously stunting was required...

SchiraF4I and Choppa ridding 2-up. (gaaaaaayyyyy)

Schira, finally all geared up.

He was having trouble draggin'' knee, so Choppa helped.

Schira crashed soon after.

Choppa''s turn to take a ride... showin'' us how it''s done like a true pro!

Backin'' it up with a high-chair wheelie!
