ok my right handle bar snaped from when i laid my bike down and im trying to put on my new clip on handle bar but i cant get the throttle tube off the handle bar i have every thing else off....can any one tell me what im missing here???

did u unscrew the 2 bolts???? have a pic?

did you disconnect the throttle cable??
