Errrr I'm craving a long roadtrip right now... it's been over a month!  But, I probably shouldn't since I'm broke [:(]  I'll get out that way sometime this year though... I'm sure there will be more rides

jared, now..........i never would have even THOUGHT you'd make a trip up this far to do a little group ride for some grub. but............BUT, since you came into a thread about a ride im planning and even remotely mentioned coming....even if it was beating around the bush, im going to expect you [:D].

lets see, about $60-$70 in gas one way, I can cover one of those. If someone can cover the way back home, and someone supply a couch to crash on, then we demand you come. I wanna see a CBR with that many miles on it.

LMAO you're probably right [8D]  Hey sometimes it's not about how big the group ride is or where we're headed, I just love meeting new people.  Plus that gives me an excuse to go on a roadtrip too!  I'm not sure though... just gonna have to wait and see if my tax return gets deposited (which is should)... if I have some extra $$ to play with I may just be able to swing it.  No promises though [;)]

If I do come I'd need to steal somebodys couch for a couple of nights....

i have atleast 20 people coming on this ride that i know, or that i "know" through friends. i posted this on here, and on www.dcsportbikes.com (local forum). i've counted up these two forums combined of people who sounded preeeeeeeeeeeetty sure they were coming........looks like we could see 30, maybe more...bikes!


already called the restaurant and they can accomodate!

I hope it's nice out that day, as of now, in the 10 day forecast, it says...

69 degree high, 60% change of showers. I really hope that changes as it comes closer lol.

Hmm, as of right now... Cloudy saturday. Sunday says... Isolated T-Storms. And monday looks Mostly sunny 73 degrees. Hmmmm lol

I just found the (its sat. night)...i can't make it tomorrow, but would love to get some experience with some guys from around here.  I am in Fredricksburg and would be willing to drive North a big.  If I had found this earlier I'd be able to go.  Please post up if you'll do this again soon.

Quick question: does experience level matter?

No, experience don't matter, although just know like basics of group riding. I'm sure Jaynd will have a twistie section mapped out, so if we hit the twisties, just ride it at your own pace.  You're in Fredericksburg VA? 218 is a sick ride, should hit that up. Give me and jaynd your number, and we'll have to all meet up and ride sometime.
