Planning on buying this, already contacted the seller etc, then i saw the instruction booklet, says 00-01 honda 954. Wouldnt that be a 929? I know the 929 pc3 wont work. Need a lil help from someone that has one, does it look right for the 954 ??

The 954 PCIII works on the 929 - are you aure they're not interchangeable? Surely you'd need new mapping to see the best benifit but I thought they would interchange.

No actually they aren't interchangeable... you have to get the one that has the specific part number for the 954.

The part number on the 929 is 104-411EX and the one for the 954 is 110-411EX.

well actually you can run a 954 power commander on a 929, as i currently have one on mine.

the trick is you have to copy a 929 map information on to a 954 zero map and transfer it to the power commander that way or run a 954 map on your 929 like i did for a while (probally to rich)

so im guessing you could do just the opposite with a 929 power commander on a 954 but i cant say for sure though
