Is it very hard or even possible to put a shorty exhaust on my 1990  600? The one that just barely sticks out from under the bike. I see these on the newer bikes and love it.

Which bikes you referring to? the 08 1k or R6?

And anything is possible with enough money and ingenuity.

theres not much roon underneath the bikes due to an unused center stand mount, but if you felt like getting rid of part of that with the help of a grinder youd be a step ahead.  its possible though

you would have to have an aftermarket exhaust though i think , bc I know my stock one has a big muffler thing that would make it hard to tuck the pipe

i dunno, you could cut the pipe down couldnt you?  or get a cheap aftermarket pipe and cut that down, best to find one thats riveted together, youll light the packing on fire if you weld it.  lots of cheap ways you could go about it...   you could just ditch the muffler and jet it up, heh heh.
