Much obliged... I took her our for the the first time today since the makeover. Ride sooo nice and smooth. I think the most noticeable thing is the throttle response, and increased tightness. By that I mean the slip in the clutch and brake levers, shifter, chain, etc... I got all that tightened down to a tee, so its just flawless. It was like 50 today, and my power race mediums were hot the whole time, I am so freaking happy. No cutting involved at all for the vortex sliders, they go on like cake. Here she is, all washed up in the sun! edited for images and reply.

Welcome.... I made a mistake. The sliders I have are Shogun, I am really sorry about that. I would go with the shogun crash kit, which comes with the sliders, bar ends, and rear axle spools. Its great, cheap, and no cut. I would go with this kit because it covers the whole bike against lowsides. If you want to go further, go with the motovation axle and fork sliders, but those will run you some dollars. http://www.indysuperbike.com/customer/product.php?productid=122150&cat=30066&page=1
