Just got my Akra slip-on going to install it over the weekend. Is there anything I should look out for. Just wanted to make sure I have all tools needed. Thanks

Be sure to have a spring puller. the akrap sounds great but I'm experiencing a strong smell. Must be the newness that has to burn off.

If you don't have a spring puller, get some neddle nose vice grips for the springs. ^^And the smell goes away, It's the packing.

Don't even need vice grips. Just a simple pair of needle nose will do the trick.

I am on the verge of getting the same for my 06 1KRR. Where did you get it and $?
After your install, can you also let me know some things to look out for during install?

Just thought I'd ask...sorry!!...didn't mean to hijack your thread.

Is there any exhaust that mirrors the look of the stock 08 CBR 1000rr. No one hears you coming on the stock pipe but I love the look of it. TWO BROS dont have that MATRIX look
